Harvard Mark 1

In early 1944, Howard Aiken and Grace Hopper created the Howard Mark 1. This device was touted as the world's first programmable computer. The first known tested program was the Manhattan Project.
This was the predecessor to future programming languages and computer software. The howard Mark 1 was able to have 23 decimal digits to store.
